Mr. Rummler is a graduate of Syracuse University - College of Business (B.A. Finance and Insurance). He has over thirty-five years of investment banking and entrepreneurial experience most notably as Managing Director of Personal Resources Management Group, a Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette, Inc. profit center, Director of Investment Marketing for the English merchant bank, Schroders, Inc., and Chief Financial Officer and Director of Wastech International, Inc. He has had extensive merger and acquisition experience and has participated as a principal in five start-ups.
